Running from the Past and Present

The ship takes off, but you stay on the ground.

"C'mon," you say. "We should get back to Rabsy's, see if the ship is ready."

The five of you head back up the street and inside Rabsy's building.

"Saffire, are you sure you want to let them get away?" Foxy asks.

"It doesn't matter," you say. "They'll probably seek us out again."

The two of you arrive at Rabsy's building and ride the elevator up.

*DING* The doors open at the top floor.

"Hey, welcome back Blue and Friends," Rabsy greets as he hops over. "Speaking of which, you seem a little blue. Did something happen to one of you?"

"An enemy of the past is presently haunting our present," you tell him.

"Well then, let me cheer you up by presenting your fully painted ship!" he says.

The girls marvel at the Royal blue color that they covered the ship with.

"However, it is not quite yet presentable because it is still wet," Rabsy adds. "You can wait and watch the paint dry, unless you decide to go after this haunting guy."

"No," you respond. "As much as a bore paint drying is, I'd rather do that than get beat."

"Saffire," Blackfire says. "You didn't get beat up, you had him at a stand still."

"Not really," you say as you show them the raw patch on your chest. Rabsy winces at it, as do the girls.

"Boy, Blue, whoever he is, this guy made your skin orange-red! Although, I suppose that's better than dead."

Blackfire puts ice on the patch, and it stings badly.

"Thanks," you manage to say. She then hands you a salve patch, and places it on the raw skin patch. Much more soothing than the ice.
