Wa brushes the crumbs from her hands, then wipes the crumbs from her mouth, and stands up from her seat.
Zan finishes his just before Wa takes his hand and pulls him out of his seat. Wa leads him down the hallway, smiling all the way.
"M-Miss Wa, where are we going?"
Wa stays uncharacteristically quiet as they enter her quarters.
"Miss Wa, this is your room," Zan says.
"I know."
Wa turns to face Zan, and her face is uncharacteristically serious. Zan feels incredibly awkward, maybe even scared.
"Zan," she says calmly. "We've known each other for quite some time, right?"
"Y-yes..." Zan's eyes dart around, feeling so uncomfortable that he can't really look into Wa's shiny red eyes, like little dazzling gems.
"And, we've never been apart since, huh?" Wa asks as she moves closer to him.
Zan can only nod yes now, feeling so shy that his throat tightens up.
"Zan, I know you know that I call you 'Zan Cutie' all the time, but I want you to know that I really mean it. I really am attracted to you, and not just physically."
Wa takes Zan's hands in hers and moves even closer now, the two of them coming so close that their toes touch. Zan blushes even more, and has to fight off a powerful urge to shake with nervousness.
"Wa," Zan manages to say with a quiver in his voice. "I... I've..."
"Yes, Zan Cutie~?" Wa says with a hushed squeal. Her lips are only an inch or so away from Zan's.
"I've always been... a little... a little a... attracted to you."
"You have?" she asks happily.
Zan nods feverishly, eyes clenched shut. When he finally stops nodding, and finally opens his eyes, Wa is mere centimeters away from him, her hand sliding the cloth over his mouth down. Zan freezes up as Wa's lips press against his, and her tongue slides inside his mouth. This is Zan's first kiss ever, and it is unbelievable.
