Another Discovery

"You are so lazy," you tell her. You take one last bite of your pizza slice, and move her off your lap. You then get up and head inside.

You find Cyborg and Robin in the kitchen, underneath the sink.

"Wait, when was the sink put in?"

"We put all this stuff in while you, Blackfire and Raven were digging up the Horbaloan," Cyborg says.

"You guys moved fast," you say. "We weren't out there that long. At least, I don't think so."

"Here," Robin says, handing you a spare wrench. "Go to the bathroom and help Beastboy work on the sink in there."

"Will do!"

You take the wrench in hand and head to the bathroom.

You find Flashfire watching over Beastboy as his head is underneath the smaller sink.

"Okay, pass up more pipe!" he calls down a hole in the floor.

"What're you doing?" you ask.

"Starfire and Raven are underneath the house passing everyone pipes," Flashfire explains.

You nod in understanding as you hold out the wrench.

"I believe this is for you to use," you say to Beastboy.

"Thanks," he says as he takes the wrench and tightens the whatever-it-is. Or, he at least tries to.

"Here, Beastboy," Flashfire says. "I'll help."

She comes up behind him and holds the wrench, her arms on top of his, and her face cheek to cheek with his. Together, they move the wrench until the pipes are fastened to each other.

"Well, if you two have everything taken care of in here," you say, "I'm going to see if Blackfire finished eating."

You return to the little wooden stairs to find that Blackfire has finally finished eating that slice of pizza.

"Is everything done?" she asks.

"The sinks are in place," you say. "Did you know they had put those in?"

"Yes," she answers. "I actually helped with them while you searched for Beastboy and Flashfire."

She gets up and leads you into part of the jungle.

"Blackfire, what're you doing? We should be helping them put in the showers and stuff!"

"We can help them later," she says. "I wanted you and I to investigate something, but you went inside."

The two of you come to another fallen tree.

"Look," she says, pointing to something behind it. "Isn't that part of a shuttle?"

You see a big piece of warped metal stuck in the ground.

"It sure looks like it is," you answer as you climb over the tree.

The metal appears to be scorched on one corner, and rips and tears in another.

Blackfire sits on the fallen tree as you pull the metal out of the ground. Behind the metal is a big matress and metal bedframe.

"Well, that takes care of one of our furniture needs," you say.
