Blackfire is silent, merely looking at Nuh.
"Blackfire," Nuh says, "maybe I could just forfeit, since you'll win anyways. And it'll spare us having to hit each other!"
"Nuh," Blackfire scolds. "What kind of a fighter, what kind of a person, would just give up something before even trying?"
"But you're so much stronger than me!" Nuh counters. "It won't matter what I do! Tell her, Saffire!"
"Nuh has a point," you say. "You are pretty tough."
"Well, Nuh could at least try," Blackfire insists. "She won against that speedy Xert-chun, didn't she?"
"That is true," you say. "And in a pretty clever way."
"Well, it wasn't that clever," Nuh says modestly.
"Then you should go through with the fight and see if that move of yours can work on me," Blackfire encourages.
"If she gets the opportunity to use it," you add.
"Well, how does it work?" Blackfire asks.
"Nuh used--"
You're interrupted by Blackfire clamping her hand on your mouth.
"Wait, don't tell me."
"But if I do agree to fight you, don't go easy on me then," Nuh says. "Otherwise, it wouldn't be a real fight."
"Agreed."
The two girls smile, and close their eyes as they snuggle close to you again. Finally, the three of you sleep.
