Sign-Ups

The next morning, you wake up, Nuh's and Blackfire's bosoms still pressed against you.

You sit up and think about what you should do first.

"Girls, wake up," you quietly say. "It's morning, time for breakfast."

Flashfire sits up and stretches, then gets out of bed.

"I'll order bacon and eggs for the three of us, if that's ok."

"Sure."

Blackfire opens her eyes and wipes away the gunk that collected overnight. Nuh simply sits up and latches on to you.

"Mmm, lovely heat!" she coos. Nuh rubs her body against yours, creating heat through friction.

"Okay, Nuh," Blackfire says, "enough feeding for you!" Blackfire squeezes in between you and Nuh.

Room service arrives with breakfast, and you and the other girls gobble up the bacon and scrambled eggs.

Once you are done, you and the girls head out into the streets of Athleticos.

You four walk down to the sign-ups at the end of the main street. There are several different booths advertising several sports.

"Let's do individual sports," you suggest. "That way, we'll have more chances of winning the tournament."

"But what if we don't want to do the same sport?" Flashfire asks.

"Then we all make sure we win our respective tournaments, and we'll get even MORE prize money!"

"Maybe it'd be better if we all choose the same sport," Nuh says. "All four of us trying to win just ȡ1,000,000 is better odds than us trying to win a total of ȡ4,000,000."

"See?" you say. "Nuh knows what I'm talking about!"

The four of you look around at the different individual sports.

Nuh likes hover-tug-of-war, Flashfire wants to sign up for jet-bike riding, while Blackfire wants to do competitive fighting.

"I think Blackfire's choice would suit us best," you say.

"Not me!" Nuh says. "I'm not a great fighter..."

You think about it for a moment.

"Sir," you ask the attendant at the sign-up booth, "what are the rules of this fighting tournament?"

"Well," he says, checking the rule book with his blank green eyes. "Fighters are catergorized by gender and weight, and no projectiles, such as lazers and energy bolts. Each different class has their own tournament of eight people total, so that means you only have to fight three people."

"See, Nuh?" you say. "You can do this because you'll be fighting people of your weight class! They can't hurt you that bad!"

"Wait," Flashfire says. "How do you win a match?"

"Knockout or forfeit. The fighting areas are caged in, so there are no ring out defeats."

"That still sounds a little tough..." Nuh says as Blackfire and Flashfire already sign up.

"Don't worry, Nuh," you say. "We have confidence in you!"

Nuh smiles with her eyes, and the two of you sign up.

"Okay then," the attendant says, filing your applications away. "Report to the dome in the middle of the city to be weighed in and catergorized, as well as fitted for the proper fighting uniforms."

"You mean we can't wear our own outfits?" Blackfire asks.

"Nope," he answers. "To make things fair, all competitors must wear similar uniforms so that there is no extra protection."

With the rest of the day open, you decide to tour the city.
