Gummy Tree

She stops, catching her breath and licking off the peppermint on her lips. She looks at you with an innocent smile as Blackfire kneels beside her.

"Oh, Flashfire, you are so messy!" Blackfire says. "Here, let me get that for you." Blackfire then kisses Flashfire's chin and neck, sucking up the peppermint that Flashfire couldn't get herself.

"Blackfire..." Flashfire says, blushing. "What are you doing?"

"I'm cleaning you the way Saffire cleans me off," Blackfire says casually.

"Oh. Well then Saffire should be the one to clean me off," Flashfire says. "He is my brother."

"I don't think that's a good idea," Blackfire tells her.

"Why?"

"Trust me, it just isn't."

Blackfire and Flashfire get up, and the three of you find that Foxy and Onyx have worn down their pole to a short stub. Onyx has her whole mouth wrapped around the top of the short peppermint pole and is sucking on it hard, her eyes closed and hands wrapped around the base.

You resist gawking at the suggestive sight, and lead Flashfire and Blackfire away.

The three of you fly to the gummy leaf tree and see the Gray Bird and Rainbow Bird sitting on a branch together.

"KAKOO KAKAKOO!"

"HAHOO HAKAHOO!"

The birds are singing with their deep, bellowing voices.

"Wow..." Flashfire is in awe of the two birds, and the sparkling candy tree in which they live.
Flashfire flies up to look at them more closely.

"Hello, birds!" she greets.

"KAKAKOO!" Rainbow bird greets.

"HAKAHOO!" Gray bird greets.

Flashfire giggles, and flies up to another branch.

"Remember, Flashfire!" you warn. "Only eat the jawbreakers!"

"I know, I know!" she says as she plucks one off the branch. "Whoa... It's so big!" she says. "I don't know if I could fit it all in my mouth." You do your best to ignore the double meaning of what your younger sister said.

Flashfire manages to fit the fist-sized jawbreaker in her mouth and into her cheek.
